Recently, Prof. Ji Liu, Dean of the College of Physical Education and Health of ECNU, was selected as Chairman of the 1st National Advisory Committee on Health Education and Teaching in Colleges.
The National Advisory Committee on Health Education and Teaching in Primary and Secondary Schools and Colleges is an expert panel under the Ministry of Education, which guides health education and teaching in primary and secondary schools and colleges. It aims to promote research on major theories and practices regarding health education and teaching in primary and secondary schools and colleges nationwide, and propose precise, professional, scientific and rigorous consulting advice and suggestions to the Ministry of Education in textbook compilation, education and teaching methodology reform, staff team and disciplinary construction, etc.
The 1st National Advisory Committee on Health Education and Teaching in Colleges is composed of 73 members, including 1 Chairman, 4 Vice Chairmen and 1 Secretary General. The term of employment is 4 years, ranging from November 2020 to November 2024. The work of this committee is presided over by the Chairman.
