On November 28, the National Vocational and Technical Education Discipline Alliance, initiated by ECNU’s Institute of Vocational Education and Adult Education, was officially founded. “2020 National Vocational and Technical Education Discipline Construction Seminar & the 14th Young and Middle-aged Vocational Education Forum” was held at the same time with the theme of “Cooperation · Innovation · Development---New Challenges for Vocational and Technical Education in the New Era”.
The National Vocational and Technical Education Discipline Alliance was officially founded.
Sixty representatives from the alliance members attended the offline meeting. Meanwhile, more than 6,000 representatives from member institutes and colleagues engaging in vocational education participated in the meeting online.
2020 National Vocational and Technical Education Discipline Construction Seminar & the 14th Young and Middle-aged Vocational Education Forum
This alliance aims to promote exchange and cooperation in vocational and technical education disciplines, improve scientific research on vocational and technical education, raise the quality of talent cultivation, and better serve the development of vocational education. It will hold the National Vocational and Technical Education Discipline Construction Seminar & the Young and Middle-aged Vocational Education Forum on a yearly basis, which will serve as a platform for an in-depth discussion between young and middle-aged scholars on issues occurring in the development of vocational and technical education.
