The 2019 Bright Food International Food Design Forum is held at ECNU.

The 2019 Bright Food International Food Design Forum was held at ECNU on November 5. Experts, scholars and some of China’s top food designers attended the event and engaged in a lively discussion around the theme of “Towards the future of food-design innovation and education”.

Co-organized by Bright Food Corporation and ECNU, this forum is the first large-scale international academic forum held in China bearing the theme of food design and food design education.

The attendees also got to see what will become China’s largest food design institute on Chongming Island, which has been co-founded by Bright Food Corporation and ECNU.

This international forum on food design and innovation in China coincided with the Shanghai International Import Expo, so that each of attendees could personally experience Shanghai and how the Chinese market has opened up in recent years.
