ECNUers get COVID-19 vaccine booster shots at Minhang Campus

ECNUers received a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccination at Minhang campus on November 30th and December 1st to provide for a stronger immunity against the Covid-19 virus.

To ensure this round of vaccination was carried out in a standardized, safe and orderly manner, ECNU arranged for students and staff to voluntarily receive the third dose of COVID-19 in batches. A total of nearly 10,000 booster shots were given on these two days.

There were 20 inoculation tables arranged on the early morning of November 30th, along with nearly 100 medical personnel, staff and volunteers getting ready for the vaccination work at the gymnasium on Minhang campus.

Under proper guidance and regulations ECNUers entered the waiting area after their temperature was taken from the entrance of the second floor of the gymnasium. In the pre-inspection area, they took turns to receive health inquiries and identity confirmation before finally entering the vaccination area. After receiving the injection, ECNUers were required to stay in the observation area for 30 minutes to observe whether there might be abnormal reactions after the vaccination shot.

We would like to ask all ECNUers to get their booster shots, as soon as possible, and to build the Great Wall of pandemic prevention together.
