Zhu Zhisong noted that the Lin’gang New Area Administrative Committee and ECNU had already signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the beginning of this year to build the “ECNU Lin’gang Research Institute” and “ECNU Lin’gang Education Ecosystem.”
He said that, up to now, all work has been progressing smoothly. This survey has further strengthened his confidence in cooperation with ECNU. He expected that the two sides will accelerate cooperation in constructing a national demonstration zone for the integration of industry and education, and in promoting the comprehensive and in-depth integration of the education chain, the talent chain, the industrial chain, and the innovation chain, so as to transform Lin’gang New Area into a modern new city that is open and innovative, smart and ecological and that integrates industries with urban functions and is fit for entrepreneurship and inhabitation.
