(ACAE) at a ceremony at the convention center of the company building. Yang Demei, Vice Head of Minhang District, witnessed the signing of the agreement.

Both sides agreed to build a long-term strategic cooperation relationship in research, development and manufacturing of ACAE products, talent cultivation and education.
The move was made after China vowed to build an innovative country by upgrading self-independent innovation capability of Central Government-owned enterprises and setting up a market-oriented innovation system with enterprises as the main body and integration of production, teaching and research.
Also at the ceremony, ECNU Vice President Sun Zhenrong signed a memorandum with Wang Hao, Director of Minhang District Education Bureau, and Xu Yingpeng, ACAE chief accountant, on jointly establishing a first-class primary school and a kindergarten bearing the name of ECNU.

On the same day, ACAE officials and scholars from ECNU's Department of Computer Science and Technology, Department of Software Engineering, State Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscopy, and Department of Information Science and Technology held a seminar on resource sharing and technological cooperation.
