ECNUers Win 2nd Prize in the 9th China Graduate Electronic Design Contest

Recently, the final contest of the 9th China Graduate Electronic Design Contest has concluded in Xidian University. ECNU’s entry “FPGA-based digital light processing experiment platform design”, submitted by Yue Xiaolong, He Peng and Li Jinsheng under the guidance of Liu Yiqing, a teacher from School of Information Science & Technology, ECNU, won the first prize in the preliminaries of East China Division and the second prize in the finals.

ECNU selected 6 teams participating in the preliminaries; apart from the foregoing team, the other five teams won a second prize and four third prizes respectively in the preliminaries of East China Division. The teams entered into the finals are comprised of first prize winners in each Division, i.e. about 400 contestants in 116 teams from 67 universities.

 

China Graduate Electronic Design Contest, one of the theme contests of the “series of activities of national graduate innovative practice”, is jointly organized by China Academic Degrees Graduate Education Development Center, National Graduate Education Steering Committee in Engineering Degree and Chinese Institute of Electronics. This Contest consists of preliminaries and finals, with 764 teams (2292 contestants) from 148 colleges and universities participating in preliminaries in 7 Divisions, among which three universities from Shanghai won prizes in the finals, i.e. Shanghai Jiaotong University (second prize), Fudan University (third prize) and ECNU.
