Chen Kehong Meets Tang Qian in ECNU

 

Chen Kehong (R) meets Tang Qian in ECNU.

 

On March 2, Chen Kehong, Director of the Party Committee of Shanghai Municipal Education & Health Commission, met Tang Qian, Assistant Director-General of Education, UNESCO at Zhongbei Campus, ECNU.

 

Chen first expressed his heartedly thanks to UNESCO for its long-term support to Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and ECNU. Then he briefly introduced the development of basic education in Shanghai to Tang .

 

Tang spoke highly of the basic education in Shanghai and gave a brief introduction of the work of UNESCO to Chen. They also exchange their ideas in balanced development of education, universal education, etc.

 

Tang Qian accepts interviews from media.

 

After the talk, Tang was interviewed by some media like Journal of World Education, Jiefang Daily, Xinmin Evening News, etc.
