ECNU Inks Deal with Dell on “Connected Campus”

On October 10, representatives from ECNU and Dell signed an agreement on establishing a strategic cooperative relation on the creation of “Connected Campus” to promote the development of information and communication technology in education and talent cultivation.

 

ECNU and Dell will cooperate in the creation of "Connected Campus".

 

According to the agreement, ECNU and Dell will cooperate in optimizing data center virtualization and cloud computing solutions for “Connected Campus”, and scientific researches on mobile study and e-bags.

With Dell’s technological support, ECNU will build and improve its virtualized infrastructure laboratories and training centers in various departments and schools of the University, as well as develop mobile application softwares according to clients’ needs. What’s more, Dell will also help with ECNU’s resource digitization and efficient access to collections of digital library resources as well as its safety management.
