In the last half month, a set of ‘floating’ photos taken on the campus of ECNU have been forwarded by various major social network sites as ‘the most popular graduation photo’, which has aroused many netizens’curiosity.
The girl in the set of graduation photos is Jiang Huimin, an undergraduate of 2009 grade from ECNU’s English Department. According to Jiang Huimin, these ‘floating’ photos are symbols of the youth that is like the passing wind.
Micro Videos: Hard to Say Goodbye
The micro video, Goodbye, Zhongshan North Road No. 3663, uses the Jinshajiang Road Station as its beginning and end to convey special meanings.
Last year, Wu Xiaolong, a gruaduate from School of Social Development, made his vedio Most Crazy Things in College Days popular among the graudates. This year, Li Guangyao from the School of Software Engineering, has made a piece of micro video, Goodbye, Zhongshan North Road No. 3663 （http://t.cn/zHheTH7）, which has recorded what the graduates of 2009 grade most want to express.
Li’s video begins with the Light Rail Line No.3 slowly pulling into the Jinshajiang Road Station, a station near to ECNU’s Zhongbei Campus, and ends with the same light rail pulling out at the same sation, which is intended to convey some special meanings.

The band, ‘Hong Bu Liao’, releases their new song, End of the World, Angle of the Sea, for all the graduating students in ECNU.
On May 20, the band Hong Bu Liao’ published their new song End of the World, Angle of the Sea, in the micro-blog for all the graduating students in ECNU. The fresh-style song created by the brand has aroused most graduating students’ expectation of their ‘Farewell to the Campus’ concert.
Online Voting： To Remember Our Most Favorite Teachers
Among all the various ways to mark the graduation season, the online selection of ‘Vote for Your Favorite Teachers’ , an activity organized by Office of Academic Affairs, has attracted the greatest attention from both students and teachers.
According to the Office of Academic Affairs, 26 candidates have been selected according to the graduates questionnaire at the end of 2012, and all the 26 teachers enjoy a high reputation among students. The purpose of the activity is not only to invite the graduates to express their love for their teachers but also to stimulate teachers and students to pay more attention to education as well as teaching process.
