2012 Freshmen Show Art Talents

ECNU’s 2012 freshmen made a wonderful art show in the basketball gymnasium at Minghang Campus on October 31. University leaders Tong Shijun, Chen Qun and Lin Zaiyong watched the show during which first, second and third prizes of performances were awarded after preliminary, semi-final and final contests.

The show was divided into three parts including “Strive to ECNU”, “Endeavor in ECNU” and “Succeed at ECNU” which narrated students’ stories in different periods of time respectively. The performances varied from singing to dancing, as well as Peking Opera and drama acting which won great applause from the audiences.

The short act “In the Rehabilitation Class” sent by School of Psychology and Cognitive Science was awarded first prize of language section and the dances “Camels in Desert” and “Childhood Memory” sent by School of Finance and Statistics and School of Information Science & Technology respectively won that of singing and dancing section.
