Professor Li Ming’s paper was selected into 2010 China's 100 most influential international academic papers

China Science and Technology Information Institute released the “2010 China's 100 most influential international academic papers” list on the Conference of Chinese science and technology papers Statistical results on Dec 2th. From our institute of information’s professor Li Ming’s paper (Fractal time series — a tutorial review, Mathematical Problems in Engineering, vol. 2010, 2010) was selected into the list.
