On December 23，ECNU Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese held a re-election conference and the first (enlarged) meeting of the Fifth Committee. After consultation and approval by the higher authorities, the Fifth Committee members of ECNU Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese were elected, with Lu Jia-Xing re-elected as President for another term of office, Wang Xingheng, Sun Zhuo. Huang Xin as Vice-Chairman and Kong Fanrong as Secretary-General. The Committee engaged Wang Xijing as Honorary President.
