Academician Samuel Chao Chung Ting’s Honorary Professor Employed Ceremony and Academic Symposium Held

The employed ceremony for the winner of Nobel Prize in Physics Academician Samuel Chao Chung Ting and the academic symposium were held at the conference hall of Yi Fu Building at North Zhongshan Road Campus. The secretary of ECNU Party Committee Tong Shijun, president Yu Lizhong and vice president Fan Jun attended the ceremony. The vice president Ren Youqun presided over the meeting. Before the symposium was the short employed ceremony where Samuel Ting received from president Yu the appointment letter of being an ECNU honorary professor. Later he delivered an academic report “The AMS Experiment in International Space Station-Searching for the Universe Made of Antimatter”.
