 UN Assistant Secretary-General Deliver a Speech at ECNU

Recently, at the invitation of the Institute of World Expo at East China Normal University, Dr. Awni Behnam, the UN Assistant Secretary-General and International Ocean Institute (IOI) 　president, attended the unveiling ceremony of the International Ocean and Urban Science Institute sponsored by the IOI and delivered a keynote speech there. During his visit, Dr. Awni Behnam exchanged his views with ECNU prefossor Lin Tuo on the preparation of the UNESCO/Intergovernmental　Oceanographic Commission Chair in Cities and Urban Development.
