United Nations Assistant Secretary General issue our school’s professor with the power of attorney to prepare to construct the teaching post of UNESCO

Recently, professor Lin You from our university got the power of attorney issued by Mr. Awni Behnam, the United Nations Assistant Secretary General. According to the attorney, as professor Lin have made great efforts and contributions with strategic vision for construct the science of international ocean and city development, so Mr. Awni make him the person in charge of preparing to construct the teaching post of “city and ocean development” of UNESCO/IOC. So that he can in charge of all the organization, coordination and carrying forward work.
