Briefing Session of Construction Works of NYU Shanghai Was Held

According to the requirement of the Ministry of Education and Shanghai Municipality, the work team for constructing New York University Shanghai, conducted by ECNU and NYU, are making progress in a legal and orderly way. The briefing session of construction works of NYU Shanghai was held in the Science Hall on the afternoon of October 19th 2011. The vice president of ECNU Chen Qun introduced the background, significance of the establishment of NYU Shanghai and the work progress and emphasized ideas of the goal of school localization, size, majors and courses, enrollment and so on. And the vice president of NYU Li Mei mainly introduced the teacher recruitment, student service and others.
