Thailand traditional Loy Krathong Festival was held in ECNU

On the afternoon of Oct, 14th, our school’s Global Center for TCSOL held the activity of “Thailand traditional Loy Krathong Festival”. Piroon Laismit, the consul general of Thai Consulate General in Shanghai, attended the activity. On the occasion, he said, there was a profound atmosphere of learning Chinese in Thailand, and this kind of custom and culture communication could promote the understanding of our two countries. He also hold the opinion that in the arena of culture exchange and Chinese teaching, ECNU is outstanding among numerous university. He gave his heartfelt congratulations on ECNU’s 60th anniversary.
