ECNU Inaugurates the First Institute of International Freight Logistics

ECNU held the inauguration ceremony of the Institute of International Freight Logistics on October 16th 2011. Liu Yungeng, director of the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal Peoples Congress and Feng Guoqin, Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Shanghai attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Two Deans are appointed for the institute and they are Professor Bao Qifan, vice chairman of Shanghai Science and Technology Association and Zheng Wei, distinguished professor of the National “Thousand Talent Plan”. The institute will make a positive contribution to the establishment of Shipping Center, one of the Four Centers in Shanghai which include Economic Center, Financial Center, Shipping Center and Trade Center.
