Yu Zhengsheng Visits Our Minghang Campus and Meets Delegates of Teachers and Students

Yu Zhengsheng visits our Minghang Campus, accompanied by Tong Shijun and Yu Lizhong

At the time of 27th Teacher’s Day and 60th anniversary of ECNU, Yu Zhengsheng, member of the Communist Party's Politburo and secretary of the Communist Party Shanghai committee, visited our campus on the afternoon of September 6. Yu delivered an important speech that made demands of cultivating university students’ virtues and first-class teachers in the meeting for celebrating ECNU 60th anniversary and 27th Teacher’s Day. Before the meeting, Yu’s team visited our Minghang campus, institute of biomedical sciences, teachers training experimental teaching center and cold war international history studies center. The visit and meeting were accompanied by vice secretary of the Communist Party Shanghai committee Yin Yicui, vice secretary general of the Communist Party Shanghai committee Li Qiang, Yao Haitong and secretary of the Communist Party Shanghai education and health committee Li Xuanhai.
