President of Bangor University Headed a Delegation to Visit our University

President John Hughes headed a delegation of six people of Bangor University visited our university on March 18th, 2011. Our vice President Chen Qun gave them a warm welcome.

 

On behalf of our university, Mr. Chen made a welcome speech, introducing our university to them. Then Mr. Hughes addressed their internationalization momentum, hoping to further cooperate with us in the future. During a meeting, the two parties had a discussion on exchange programs and cooperation form.

 

Founded in 1884, Bangor University is situated next to the Menai Straits at the foot of the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. It has about 12,000 students and 250 subjects. According to the report of Research Assessment Exercise (RAE), its accounting and financial courses rank No. 1 in Britain.
