Vice President Ren Youqun Headed a Delegation for the Second International Symposium on Teacher Education in East Asia

The Second International Symposium on Teacher Education in East Asia was held from December13th, 2010 to December 17th, 2010 at Hong Kong, China. Our vice President Ren Youqun headed a delegation to attend the meeting. Our Dean of Educational Science Institute Ding Gang and Deputy Director of Academic Affairs Office both took part in it. Our Professor Zhong Qiquan made a keynote speech there.

 

More than six hundred scholars and experts participated in the conference. During the meeting, Vice President Ren met Zhang Bingliang, Li Zijian and Zheng Yanxiang. As the host for the upcoming third symposium, Mr. Ren invited the guests present, hoping that we could get together again in 2012 on our Campus. He also discussed with our alumni there, wishing them to come back for the sixtieth anniversary of the Alma Mater next year.

 

After the meeting, our delegation visited the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
