Professor Sang Biao of our School of Psychology and Cognitive Science became an Executive Committee Member of International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development (ISSBD) since this November. He is the fifth Chinese scholar on this position.

It is reported that ISSBD was founded in 1969, aiming to promote the scientific research on life science. Since 1987, Chinese scholars took part in the community. Up to now, there are nearly 2,000 members from over sixty countries in it.

There are two journals for this society: one is International Journal of Behavioral Development (IJBD); and the other is Newsletter. ISSBD is an excellent platform for academic communications among scholars all over the world.
