Discovery: An Innovative and Unprecedented Strategy for the Rapid Evaluation of Dendrimer-drug Interactions

Professor Cheng Yiyun of our School of Life Science discovered a new method of rapid evaluation of dendrimer-drug interactions. The achievement was published in the top journal of the chemistry community – The Journal of the American Chemical Society on September 29^th, 2010 (2010，132，13182-13184). Professor Cheng was its corresponding author. The program was also sponsored by our university.

 

His team also published many other papers, such as papers in The Journal of Physical Chemistry B (2010, 114, 11017-11026; 2010, 114, 7265-7273; 2010, 114, 7148-7157; 2010, 114, 6048-6055).

 

The peer reviewers praised highly on his new paper, saying that “The authors describe a very innovative and unprecedented strategy for the rapid evaluation of dendrimer-drug interactions”.
