Chancellor Zhang Jishun Attended the Alumni party for “Future Chinese Teacher” Program Held by the Confucius School of Chinese Institute in America

A small get-together party was held in New York by by the Confucius School of Chinese Institute in America on October 26th, 2010. It was an alumni party for the “Future Chinese Teacher” program, in which people present said thanks to the dean of Confucius School – Professor Huang Liping, who would retire soon. Our Chancellor Zhang Jishun also attended it on invitation.

 

The program started in 2006, providing 12 credits for a master degree, which can be used in applying a Chinese teacher certificate in the New York region. In the past five years, most students in the program passed the examinations and became Chinese teachers.
