Tulane University Delegation Visited Our University

Professor Eamon Kelly, ex-president of Tulane University, headed a delegation to visit our university on October 11th, 2010. The delegation included Professor Xie Xieqing, Ms. Annette Nansali, Chairman Ms. Julie Helen Sullivan, and Mr. Alan Detheridge. Our President Yu Lizhong, vice Chancellor Luo Guozhen, vice President Ren Youqun, and representatives from other departments and divisions all took part in the reception.

 

Eamon Kelly introduced the current situation and fund-raising experience of Tulane University. Luo Guozhen explained our situation and cultural difference between America and China. Ren Youqun exchanged views with them on summer programs and African cooperative programs.

 

We have established long-term cooperative partnership with them. This visit will further promote the cooperation between us.
