ENS Lyon, CNRS and our University Co-Founded JoRISS

The representatives of ENS Lyon, CNRS and our university signed an agreement at the French Pavilion of the 2010 Shanghai World Exposition on August 31st. Related memorandum was signed later. Our Chancellor Zhang Jishun, President Yu Lizhong, Vice President Chen Qun and Zhu Ziqiang all attended the ceremony.

 

In the ceremony, Mr. Rodolphe Richard from French Consulate-General at Shanghai made a speech first and congratulated all parties for this cooperation.

 

Leader of ENS Lyon Jacques Samarut expressed next, hoping that further cooperation could be generated in the future.

 

Our Chancellor Zhang Jishun looked back the cooperation of ENS Group and looked forward to the future cooperation. She expressed her thanks to ENS Lyon and CNRS, wishing to promote more innovation in our university.

 

After the ceremony, a seminar – Chemistry bettered our life, was held. Our Professor He Mingyuan and Wu Peng, and many other professors from ENS Lyon, Rhodia Group and CNRS all made reports for it.
