Professor Zhang Jiping Attended Information and Communication Technology for Education Exposition Held by the 2010 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation and Made a Keynote Report

Professor Zhang Jiping attended Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for Education Exposition held by the 2010 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and made a keynote report. The exposition was held in Singapore from June 8th to 12th. Representatives from over twenty countries took part in the meeting.

 

Professor Zhang made a brilliant speech titled “ICT in Basic Education in China”. He addressed the achievement and problems of the informationalization for the elementary education in China in the past ten years. He also looked forward for the developmental momentum in the next ten years. The other representatives expressed great interest in his report. During the conference, many discussions were held and the representatives exchanged ideas extensively.
