Vice President Chen Qun Attended the Third Sino-AUN (ASEAN University Network) President Forum

On the invitation of ASEAN University Network (AUN), our vice President Chen Qun went to Malaysia for the third Sino-AUN President Forum from March 30th to April 1st, 2010.

 

This forum was hosted by our Ministry of Education and AUN. Malaya University held it. Many leaders from 15 key universities in China and 22 universities in AUN, and officials from China, Thailand and Malaysia attended the forum. The universities included Beijing University, Shandong University, Xiamen University, Zhongshan Univeristy, Suzhou University and Yunnan University.

 

The theme of this forum was “sharing wisdom, and communicating thoughts”. Recently, our university has signed many exchange agreements with lots of AUN universities. The cooperative programs encompassed holding academic forum, training master students, designing textbooks and so on.
