First Delegation of Japanese Youth Friendship Envoys of 2009 Visited ECNU

First delegation of Japanese Youth Friendship Envoys of 2009 of over 200 people visited our university on September 21st. They came to our North Zhongshan Road Campus in the afternoon. Our Chancellor Zhang Jishun, and vice Chancellor and vice President Lin Zaiyong met them.

 

In the ceremony, Zhang Jishun made a warmly welcome to them, hoping that they would learn a lot at ECNU. And she also wished that Japanese and Chinese college students could exchange ideas and learn from each other on this occasion. The head of the delegation expressed their thanks to our hospitality and sent souvenirs to us.

 

 

During the visit, they watched Wang Yuanhua Memorial Hall, State Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscope, Key Laboratory of Brain Functional Genomics of Ministry of Education, Junxiu Building of Fine Arts, Ancient Specie Museum, Future Teacher Incubator, and Archives. They also enjoyed folk music and symphony played by ECNU Art Club and School of Arts.
