ECNU Representative Made a Keynote Speech on International Work and Study Research Conference

Recently the 6th International Conference on Work and Study Research has been held in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Professor Huang Jian of our Research Centre on Vocational Education and Adult Education of School of Educational Science, the only representative from Asia, attended the conference with about 250 scholars from about 20 countries such as the host Denmark, British, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, South Africa and Holland.

 

Professor Huang Jian made a keynote speech on the conference. Its title was “Work and Study – a New Research Field in the Transformation of China”. The speech aroused the interest of the other representatives, who expressed that they wanted to further cooperation in China.

 

The representatives also had discussions on “Sustainable Development of Humans and Society in the Changing Work Organizations” ”Understanding the Changes of Study and Organizations in Work Places” “ Structuring Study at Work Place and Systematic Study” “Work, Identity, Gender and Study” “Educational World and Working World” and so on.
