30th Anniversary of the Founding of Computer Science Department Celebrated

Recently, a series of lectures were given for celebrating the 30th anniversary of the founding of Computer Science Department.

 

Xiao Muyue, academican of IBM and expert on computer system, gave a report titled “Computer System Technology, Yesterday, Today And Tomorrow”, in which he made conclusion for the development of computer system these years and looked forward to the application of the Internet and Cartoon industry.

 

Wang Feiyue, research of the Automatics Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, gave a lecture on social computing.

 

Xu Chengzhong, professor of Wayne State University in America, made a presentation titled “Harmony between Man and Nature when Pervasive Computing meets Clouds”.
