American Professor John M. Unsworth Gave a Lecture at ECNU

On the invitation from our library, Professor John M. Unswort, dean of School of Library and Information Sciences of University of Illinois (Urbana－Champaign Branch) gave a lecture at ECNU on June 12th.

 

Professor John M. Unswort gave the lecture titled “Current Development of American Digital Library Management and Researches”. He introduced various programs and plans of the University of Illinois ’libraries, his school’s and other institutions’. He also discussed the challenges, problems and possible solutions for digital library management and research, giving his advice on the future improvement of digital libraries.
