Professor Laurent Bonnviot Appointed to be a Lecture Professor of ECNU’s Zijiang Scholar Award Program

Professor Laurent Bonnviot of ENS Lyon in France was appointed to be a lecture professor of our “Zijiang Scholar Award Program” on May 26th. Our vice President Chen Qun, Academician He Mingyuan, director of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Green Chemistry and Green Chemical Processes, director of Science and Technology Division Sun Zhenrong, and Party leaders of Chemistry Department all attended the appointment ceremony.

 

During the ceremony, Chen Qun granted Professor Laurent Bonnviot the letter of appointment.

 

Professor Laurent Bonnviot is now a member of GFZ, and an editor of New Journal Chemistry. He has published 73 influential academic papers, many of which are in the internationally noted journals such as Angew. Chem., J. Am. Chem.. Soc., Chem. Mater., Chem. Commun., and J. Catal.. He also organized 4 international academic conferences, in one of which he was the initiator. What’ more, he has been invited to make presentations by many conferences and world-famous universities for more than 30 times. He enjoys high reputation in the world.
