President Yu Lizhong Attended the Asian Presidents of Educational Universities Forum in Hong Kong

On the invitation of the Hong Kong Institute of Education, President Yu Lizhong attended the Asian Presidents of Educational Universities Forum i hosted by it on May 22nd. Sun Mingyang, director of the Education Bureau of Hong Kong, made a speech there.

 

Presidents and deans from more than 40 universities and colleges in 13 counties had discussions on “Educational university: a learning style for reforming future Asian society”. President Yu also took part in the discussion. And his remarks received much attention from the representatives present. During the forum, journalists of Guangming Daily and Southern Weekly interviewed President Yu. After the forum, President Yu signed the Joint Declaration of the Asian Presidents of Educational Universities Forum.
