Chorus of our Department of Music won the 1st place of the Professional Vocal Music in the 2nd National Art Performance for College Students

Here comes the wonderful news. Chorus of the Department of Music of our School of Arts has won the 1st place of the professional vocal music in the 2nd National Art Performance for College Students, which has been held in Nanjing this month.

 

It is one of the two highest-level competitions of the Art Division of Education Ministry. After selections in each province and intensive video assessments later on, 48 teams from 22 provinces went into the finals. Our chorus stood out in each sub-competition such as solo, duet, and chorus in vocal music, and won the 1st place. All audience and judges were deeply moved by their outstanding performance.
