Dean of School of Business of Duke University in America Headed a Delegation to Visit our University

In the morning of January 8^th, President Yu Lizhong met the delegation of American Duke University, including its dean of the Fuqua School of Business, and CEO and father of Duke Corporation Training Company Professor Blair Sheppard.

 

Yu Lizhong introduced our disciplines, strategic plan, and brand cases of international cooperation and exchanges to the guests. Professor Blair Sheppard also talked about the basic conditions of Duke University, the advantages of the Fuqua School of Business, the characteristics of school-running, and the plan in China. Both parties showed great interest and enthusiasm in cooperation.

 

It is said that Duke University is intended to let the Fuqua School of Business come into Shanghai first, doing some teaching programs such as cross-continental MBA and global managers’ MBA. On the basis of the programs, it would bring its School of Engineering, School of Environment, School of Law and School of Global Health into Shanghai. Director of our MBA Centre Li Xuechang explained the development of our MBA education to Professor Blair.
