Singaporean Scholar Giving a Report in our University

Professor Wang Hong of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) came to our university on invitation and gave a high-level academic report titled Progress of the Researches on New Type High Speed Electronic Device on our Minhang Campus on December 19th.

Professor Wang Hong is doing the researches on semi-conductor materials and device. He has published more than 80 theses on the international journals. And he first made MMHEMT device. In the report, he introduced the progress on Micro-electronic materials and device, and electrical circuit by NTU, and the experience of discipline construction. Meanwhile, he explained his research interest and fields, and current designing technology of semi-conductor, mainly focusing on the material, technologies, models, related electrical circuits for silicon-based and III-V compound high speed microwave RF device MOSFET, HEMT and HBT.
