Department of Tourism Held Activities for “Come Nearer to Canada”

In the afternoon of November 19^th, the series of activities called “Come Nearer to Canada and Discuss on the influence of Current Global Economic Momentum on Tourism Development” ended successfully. It attracted more than 300 students to participate in.

Steve Allen, chairman of the executive board of Canadian Tourism Committee attended and had friendly talks with leaders of our university. He highly praised us.

 

During the activities, Mr. Steve Allen made a speech, introducing the current situation of Canadian Tourism and the development of global tourism to our students in detail. Moreover, the Canadians presented a brilliant performance to us. In the Q and A part, our students asked many smart questions, deeply impressing the Canadian leaders and the media present.
