2008 Asia-Pacific Conference on International Education Held

In the morning of October 18th, 2008 Asia-Pacific Conference on International Education was held in Shenwang Hotel. More than 140 representatives in and abroad were gathered in Shanghai, discussing the important issues concerning policies of international education in the process of globalization. They also exchanged views about creative quality guarantee experience and pursued a new path to promote international education cooperation.

This conference themed “International Education for National Development and World Harmony: Policy Guidance, Teaching-Learning Quality, Innovative Partnerships”, was aimed at providing a platform for each country’s scholars, experts, teachers in the forefront, administrators in schools and representatives in related industries to promote the creation and development of teacher education in Asia-Pacific area and even all over the world.
