President Yu Lizhong Attending 2008 Shanghai Creative Talents Forum

On October 16th, President Yu Lizhong attended the 2008 Shanghai Creative Talents Forum, and made a keynote speech titled Thoughts on Building an Innovative Talents Team of Higher Education.

As the only representative of higher education in Shanghai, President Yu talked on many problems integrated with administrative practice and foreign experience.

The speech could be divided into 4 sectons. Firstly, implement Talents Program and take greater efforts to build their team. Secondly, reform the human resources system and build dynamic environment for talents. Thirdly, create fine scientific research environment and innovate the organizing mechanism. Fourthly, build harmonious university culture to ignite the potential of creative talents.
