Our Key Laboratory of Polarized Material and Device Achieving an Important Breakthrough on Magnetic-electronic Effect Research

Professor Duan Chungang, Professor Zhu Ziqiang, Academician Zhu Junhao and some other people in our Key Laboratory of Polarized Material and Device have achieved a great breakthrough on Magnetic-electronic Effect Mechanism recently. It would solve the contradiction between small volume memory and large amount of information, and so provide important fundamentals for a new generation of memories.

This program was co-conducted by our university and Team Tsymbal of Nebraska University in America. And the latest result was published in the top academic journal of international physics community coded Phys. Rev. Lett. 101, 137201 (2008) and in Virtual Journal of Nanoscale Science & Technology (Oct. 6th, 2008) by AIP and APS.
