1st Teachers-and-Students-Having-Dinner-Together Activity Held in our University

During the lunch time on October 8th, President Yu Lizhong, together with some other leaders of our university, went for lunch with 63 students. As a creative mode of “Student Senator in University”, it provided a chance for students to communicate with leaders without any distance.

Every 7 student had lunch with 1 leader on a table. Students from various schools or departments could raise questions or give suggestions to leaders.

It is reported that President Yu thought that it provided an equal environment to enhance understanding between teachers and students.

After the activity, some students asked for the leaders’ telephone numbers. Many students besides them felt quite excited about it. And one student said that he wanted to take part in the activity the next time.
