2008 Forum on East Asian Vocational Education and Training Held in our University Successfully

2008 Forum on East Asian Vocational Education and Training was held in the Future Teacher Space Station in our Humanity Building on September 27th. Over 30 educators, scholars, researchers and representatives from vocational schools discussed the 3 major topics on “New Development of the Reform of East Asian Vocational Education and Training” “Life Guidance and Education in School” and “International Cooperation on Vocational and Technical Training”. They were from China(including Taiwan), Japan, Korea, Malaysia and so on.

 

The forum carried on by keynote speeches and interactive discussion. Experts, representatives present and graduates could interact together spontaneously in all meeting rooms through synchronous videos. The heated topics included life education, transmission from school to work, syllabus design and international cooperation on vocational education and training.
