Chancellor Zhang Jishun Met Academician Professor Min Enzhe and Professor Lu Wanzhen

On September 9th our Chancellor Zhang Jishun met Professor Min Enzhe, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Professor Lu Wanzhen, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, who were visiting and giving lectures in our university.

During the meeting, Zhang Jishun expressed our warmly welcome and sincere thanks to academician Min Enzhe and Lu Wanzhen, assistant chief engineer of Sinopec Scientific Research Centre, Professor Zong Baoning and director of Office of Chinese Academy of Sciences Zhang Heng. She wished them healthy and happy during the visit in ECNU. 

Academician Min Enzhe had won the 2007 State Highest Award of Science and Technology. He was also one of the heroes in “Moving China 2007”. In the morning of September 10th, Teachers’ Day, academician Min Enzhe gave us a report titled “Exploring a Way of Self-renovation on Petrochemical Technology” in our Science Hall; in the afternoon, the 2 academicians went to the hall in Students’ Centre, joining in the interview called “President in Dialogue with Academicians”.
