Professor From University Bielefeld in Germany Visits our University

From July 14 to 15, Professor Phillppe Blanchard, negotiator for international affairs of University Bielefeld in Germany has visited our university. We have friendly talks on co-training post-graduates and cooperating on researches.

In the morning of July 14, Fan Guorui, deputy dean of the Graduate School and head of the International Exchange Office exchanges views with Professor Blanchard on the mode of co-training post-graduates and the standard, number and language competence of the exchange students. In the morning of July 15, Professor Blanchard introduces the condition and features of the related subjects in the University Bielefeld to the heads of Departments of Mathematics, Biology, Physics and History, and of School of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. And they make a preliminary decision on the subjects for student exchange. In the morning of July 16, Professor Blanchard takes a part in the seminar of the department of Physics.

Our university has exchanged undergraduates with University Bielefeld in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science. This meeting aims to strengthen our communication and promote further cooperation.
