In the afternoon of June 27th, vice president Chen Qun received the 3 guests from the University of Exeter in Britain, who are vice president, Professor Neil Armstrong, manger of the department of exchange and cooperation Sean Fielding, and assistant director of International Affairs Office Mary McCrindle.
Vice president Chen Qun and Armstrong introduced each other’s developing history, teaching, study and scientific research and international exchange programs respectively. Through the introduction, our 2 parties found we had common interest on many areas about exchange and cooperation. And we had friendly talks mainly on overseas doctors’ research project of 985 program, MBA program, Educational Science, Environmental Science, Athletics and foreign students’ experience of Chinese languages and culture. Heads of School of Software and International Exchange Office also came to receive the guests.
After the talk, the guests visited the School of Software.
