Introduction: The fitness center currently has more than 50 sets of fitness equipment, with an aerobics area, a fixed equipment area, a free weights area, and an exercise training area to satisfy the diverse fitness needs of students.

Professional fitness instructors in the fitness center can teach students how to use the equipment and provide fitness guidance and safety protection. There are also professional coaches to teach the exercise class, seven days a week and two sessions each day, with no need to make a reservation.

Location: The Fitness Center is in the gym on the first floor of the School of Sports and Health on the Minhang Campus
